The company’s headquarters and development team are located in Silicon Valley, California (USA). The sales team and customer service is in Tangier, Morocco.

Our company includes travel, technology and marketing professionals. Our travel and tourism founders have been involved in the travel industry for the last 30 years, our technology team is at the cutting edge of web and mobile development and our digital marketing team is a leading team worldwide.

How long have you been in the market?

The 212Traveler platform has been launched in Q2 of 2017. But we have been leaders in travel industry sector for over 30 years, with expertise in many travel services worldwide and a substantial customer base.

Will you upload my travel services to the platform or will I have to do it?

You will upload your travel services to the website. It is a simple, quick process and you’ll get the full support of our team. This will also give you the freedom to add and edit as many services as you want and when you want.

If you want us to upload your services for you, there is a small fee for that.

Who charges for the services, 212Traveler or my agency?

We charge the traveler 25% of the total price which includes our commission and cancellation fees (if the traveler ever decides to cancel his reservation) for the service booked to validate the booking. Travelers will have to pay the remaining balance when they check-in or pick-up the service from you, the partner.

How much do I have to pay to join? How much is the commission charged?

It is FREE to become a Basic Partner. If you want to have more advantages than  the ones offered on the Basic Partner plan. You can opt-in for a Pro Partner plan which requires a yearly fee.

Our commission is 12% for the Basic Partner plan.

Will you add the commission to my price or should I define a price that already includes your commission?

The customer views the price you entered on the site, so you should include the commission in your service price.

How do you intend to market the services?

Together with our partners, we have a huge customer base around the world. We also plan to engage in aggressive digital marketing with key market leaders (our development center is in Silicon Valley, the leading digital marketing capital of the world).

Will you host other same service providers from my city on your platform? If so, how many? Who are they?

Depending on the cities size. We will invite several same service providers within your city so that our customers would enjoy the diversity of the services and prices in your city.

Who is 212Traveler’s target market?

Our main target market are local and international travelers, with special emphasis on families and VIPs. We will market mostly within the United States, Canada, Western Europe, The Middle East, Russia and Morocco.

How many travel services do I have to upload to the platform and what is the maximum number of services?

We recommend uploading your most popular services. The more you upload and the more popular the product, the highest your exposure and, obviously, your sales.

What languages will the platform support?

At this stage, the site supports English and French. It is expected that by December 2017 the platform will support Arabic, German, Russian, Spanish and Italian.
